COVID19 led to elevated levels of trauma and emotional distress worldwide. Youth and young adults with disabilities (Y&YAD) are among the most susceptible to experiencing long-term consequences affecting their employment and ability to contribute to their community.

This webinar will highlight the pervasive nature of trauma and adverse childhood experiences among youth and young adults with disabilities, and explore how trauma-informed care practices can be applied to workforce systems to help decrease barriers to employment for youth with histories of trauma.
